Regrid's parcel dataset brings tax parcel boundaries and ownership details directly into Lens, allowing you to quickly confirm ownership and property details across the United States. Available in Plus and Enterprise plans, this overlay displays parcel IDs, ownership information, and addresses on hover. It also powers Lookout options that notify you of ownership or parcel-area changes and appears in any parcel reports generated for your Lens properties. Derived data viewed through Lens may be used, but parcel boundary files themselves cannot be downloaded directly.
