What's new in Lens
🛰️ Task Airbus Pléiades Neo HD15 imagery in Lens
Tasking imagery is a fantastic way to guarantee high-resolution (and high quality!) imagery for a specific window of time. We just unrolled a new option available in the tasking estimator tool in Lens: Airbus Neo HD15. This 15cm imagery is captured at 30cm resolution, and then Airbus applies their in-house, proprietary algorithm that refines existing features, brightens color, and enhances detail to reach 15cm clarity.
🌲 Access carbon data for multiple areas at once
We’ve made it easy to gather carbon data for the places you care about. Once you’ve added the carbon datasets from Planet Labs and Chloris Geospatial to your Lens account, users can now request data for many properties at the same time.

Where on Earth?
It's beach season for most of us in North America, and not just for elephant seals! These giants frequent the beach year-round at Año Nuevo State Park in California, and July is right in the middle of their molting season. Check out the imagery below, where we can see large groups of seals hauled out along the coastline.
